ROMAN CATHOLIC TRIBESMEN ROUTED.

An official, communique from Tirana states that Albanian Government troops routed the Roman Catholic tribesmen who revolted this week Complete calm is now reigning. (Rec. November 28, 5.5 p.m.) Belgrade, November 27 Artillery left Scutari to operate against the revolting Roman Catholic tribesmen, who have been driven back into the ranges. The Italian and Jugo-Slavian authorities have agreed that the rising is purely an Albanian domestic affair.
