London, November 26. “There is no country within the Empire offering better prospects than New Zealand for the man with small capital,” declared Sir James Parr, New Zealand High Commissioner, at the Imperial Industries Association’s luncheon. “For retired professional men, business men, or farmers, with £lOOO or £2OOO capital, it is ideal. Within a few years hard work ensures the ownership of a small freehold farm and an independent living. There are excellent prospect's for children and for emigrants who are really prepared to work If they take sound advice they cannot go wrong.”
