A bullock killed at Westfield pH Monday returned a dressed weight of 19601 b . a figure that is claimed to be a record for Auckland. 3he huge beast was a competitor at the Roval Show, and the exhibitor, Mr. E. Allen, of Cambridge, sold him to the Auckland Meat Company for killing. The bullock was a Hereford-Shorthorn cross.—Press Association.
