Hampton seconded, a rcsobition pi sympathy with Sis. Gunnell. P.G.b.J u.. or the “Hope of Christchurch Lodge, whose husband had passed aw<y. at the age of 87. Bro. Gunnell was one of the. pioneer members of the prohibition movement in South Canterbury, and also n president of the Band of Hope Union. The motion was carried in , silence. Greetings were received from “Hope of
Petone" Lodge. During iccess a num ii-'t- of parcels were audio led and realised £1 2s. 6d. for the harmony funds Next week a C»viadian night is to be 1 held.
