lane’s old The weekly dances organised in support of the Artillery Queen, Miss Norwood, are expected to be a great success. At the last the Queen and her maids-of-honour, who arrived early, were escorted by a picked guard of honour of officers and men, and welcomed by Colonel and Mrs. Falla and Major Abel, and the latter introduced Miss Norwood to all those present The hall is brightly decorated in the regimental colours—dark blue and red—and has a good dancing floor. Both music and catering are good.
