A momentous conference was held in England recently between British and German industrial who control enormous capital. The meeting took place at Broadlands, the Romney (Hants) seat of Colonel Wilfred Ashley, M.P., and the principal business discussed by the conference was the possibility of industrial co-operation between Britain and Germany, and the position of world trade generally.
