MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the direction of the Deputy Master of the Supreme Court of South Australia, made in the matter of the Estate of George Antoine Fabian Prevost, late of Adelaide, in the State of South Australia, Woolbuyer; deceased. No. 814 of 1926, that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the said George Antoine Fabian Prevost, who was a partner in the firm of G. A. and B. C. Prevost, Woolbuyers, and who died at Wellington, in the Dominion of New Zealand, on the 11th day of March, 1926, and Probate of whose will was granted by the Supreme Court of South Australia on the 22nd day of April, 1926, to Elder’s Trustee, and Executor Company, Limited, whose registered office is situated at Currie Street, Adelaide, aforesaid, tbe sole Executor therein named, are required to send by post prepaid to the said Company their full names, addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their claims, a statement of their accounts, and the nature of the t - c B u ' rities (if any) held bv them, on or be fore the 27th day of December, 1926, after which date the said Executor will proceed to distribute the said Estate among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to tho-e claims ot which it sball then bare had notice, and the said Executor will not be liable for the said estate or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose claim it shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
