The insertion of leaflets advocating the support of New Zealand-made goods in the motor number plates for 1927-28 was appYbved at the meeting of th® Wellington Manufacturers’ Association vesterdav. There will be 144,000 large leaflets ’ and 36,600 smaller ones. Miss Eileen Norwood ’t*hd her rnaid> of honour will make their first 9“eial appearance at a dance to be held in the Old Navals’ Hall to-night. Officers and military members will be in attendance, in uniform.
