LADIES- SWIMMING CLUB.

The annual meeting cf the Ladies Swimming Club in connection with the Boy’s Institute was held on Monday evening, when there was a fair attendance. Mr. W. J. Jordan was in the chair. The annual report and balancesheet was adopted, and showed the club to be in a good position. A number of events were got off during the season, and members were also engaged in tne joint carnival with the men’s club. A programme is being arranged for the season, and will be in the hands of members shortly. , . . , The following officials were elected:-; Hon. president. Mrs. G. A. Troup: president. Mrs. C. B.
