EXPLOSION ON OIL TANKER
FIFTEEN MEN KILLED Baltimore. November 1° Fifteen workmen were killed and 75 iniured as the result of an explosion on ’he Norwegian oil-tanker Mantilla while she was in dry dock at Sparrows Point, near Baltimore. The worker; v - P ,-e soraved with flaming oil. .ami a number were engulfed in the blazing hulk.
