die. , , , Playing at Pahiatua on Wednesday, for the Oxley Cup, two rinks of bowlers from Dannevirke were successful, bringing home the trophy, beating the home plavers in the number of heads won, though the rink games were even. Knight (the former being the engineer to Dannevirke power Board), Mr and Mrs. T._ Moir and Miss Quiglev, are motoring in tlie Auckland district, having gone via Taupo and Rotorua for a holiday jaunt.
