STATEMENT BY MUSSOLINI RECENT DEMONSTRATIONS INTOLERABLE GUILTY FASCISTS TO BE EXPELLED BY TrLEGBAPH.-PBESS ASSOCIATION. COPTBIGUT Paris, November 16. Signor Mussolini, writing iu f' ie “Matin,” declared that the recent anti-Frcnch demonstrations were scandalous and intolerable. The guilty Fascists would be expelled, also the agents provocateurs.
Signor Mussolini added: “I have not only taken the severest steps, but have issued strict orders that this is not to happen again. I have never contemplated a European policy without close Franco-Italian co-operation.”
