COLONIAL OFFICE NOT '" ' INFORMED " London, November 16. The Colonial Office has not been apprised of the developments in the' Nqv ’South Wales Governorship controversy. Since Mr. McTiernan was personally told that it was a matter between the Ministry and the Governor, in which the Colonial Office could not intervene, the position has remained unchanged. Thj demand for Sir Dudley de Chair’s recall is not regarded seriously.
