MOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that - L ’ the Wellington City Council lias, I by resolution, decided to further a petition of ratepayers demanding that the present system of rating property on the basis of the unimproved value be rescinded, and that the matter be submitted to a vote of the ratepayers. The petition has been prepared and copies of the same may be signed at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, Wellington, by those in favour of the pros posal.
