A meeting of Poppy Day and Rose Day workers and all others interetsed in forwarding the candidature of the Returned Soldiers’ queen at the coming carnival is called in an advertisement bv the secretary of the Returned Soldiers’ Association. The meeting will be held at the Returned Soldiers’ tearooms, 14 Brandon Street, at 8 p.m. on Mondav. Committees will then be formed’ to organise the campaign.
