DE PINEDO’S FLIGHT
A cablegram received by the ".Shall” representatives advises that Pinedo s world flight has been definitely abandoned for this year, but that he will be undertaking a new flight early next year, the route covering the Soutu Atlantic. South America, West Indies, North America, and the North Atlantic Ocean. After completing ali arrangements for his 60,000 miles flight round the world, as originally planned, Pinedo was unfortunate in damaging his machine in trials on the eye of the flight,'while descending in a heavy sea, and it appears that this mishap was responsible for the present change of plans. ___
