INJUNCTION MADE PERPETUAL
An application for a perpetual injunction was granted by Mr. Justice Alpers in a reserved judgment delivered in the Supreme Court yesterday., The case was one in which "Fashions, Limited, manufacturers of women’s clothing, took action against an employee who had set up a similar business, called "Fashions. Unlimited.” At the hearing, Mr. H. 1-. O Leary appeared in support of the application, and Mr. B; Brown opposed it.
