IMPERIAL CONFERENCE (Rec. November 14, 11.5 p.m.) London, November 14. The Imperial Rugby Conference in London considered the New South Wales and New Zealand Unions’ suggested alterations to the rules. It heard Dominion representatives on the subject of the formation of an Imperial Advisory Board, including overseas delegates. Both matters were referred to the Home Unions and the International Board.
