DISCUSSED AT COLONIAL INSTITUTE (Rec. November 12, 5.5 p.m.) London, November 11. Viscount Burnham presided at a meeting of the Colonial Institute v.-hen the Empire film scheme was discussed. A resolution was passed expressing the opinion that it is vital to the welfare of trade that Governments should co-operate and encourage film production. . . , ’ . , The institute also appointed an advisory committee to co-ordinate • interImperial efforts. . The committee includes Sir George Fairbairn, Mr. H P Colebatch, Sir James Parr, Sir Philip Gibbs, Lord Askwith,'and Lord Danesfort. , ’ ’
