INTERESTING ADDITIONS.

Dominion Special.

Auckland, November 12. A further consignment of animals and birds for the Auckland Zoo arrived by the steamer Canadian Scottish from Montreal this morning. The vessel’s live cargo consisted of two porcupines, two racoons, two “deodorised” skunks,two prairie .marmots, two turtles, two covotes, and a pair of great horned owls. All the birds and atiinials arrived in good health after their long sea voyage.
