At the Magistrate’s Court to-day Joseph Janies Lyons, who has been fanning at Poukiore near Hunterville for several years appeared to answer two charges of incest in respect of two of his daughters. He was represented by Air. R Al S. Jones, pleaded guilty, and was committed to the Supreme Court at Wanganui for sentence.
