AUCTION SALE OF LAND
An auction sale of eleven lots of land, some with buildings, will be .held bv Horace Baker, Ltd., in the Dominion Farmers' Institute at 2.30 p.m. next Thursday. The lots to be submitted varv from 3(> acres at Koro Koro to a (dock in Haining Street, Martin Square, suitable for a factory site, and they include a number of houses and bungalows in the city, Mount Victoria, Kelburn. Berhampore, Lowry Bay and Dav’s Bay. Sis houses go with the Berhampore land and these will be otfered separately. The auctioneers, whose address is 233 Lamhton Quay, have the particulars, which are also advertised.
