■ 0. — ■■ GENERAL ASSEMBLY SESSIONS. Tlie General Assembly of the 'Presbyterian Church continued its meetings yesterday, the Moderator, the Rev. Dr. McNeur, presiding. Early Church Records, A resolution from the Christchurch Presbytery in iavour oi. collecting, and .preserving, all important historical Church records, was agreed to. . The proposal was supported by the Rev. J. Dickson, M.A.j who mentioned that there was an institution of the kind in connection with the • Irish Church, where historical records, and photos, were to be seen; also a museum of “ecclesiastical curios.” (Laughter.) At 11 o’clock the Assembly observed Armistice Day by standing in silence for two minutes. It was decided to print for circulation the two addresses of the Moderator on the position in China. Foreign Missions. The report of the Foreign. Missions Committee was further considered, the Rev. G. H Jupp emphasising the need for more workers, arid funds, if the field were to be properly held.
