HORNSEY ROAD
Tbe Mayor drew the attention of the City Council last night to the work that has been done in connection with the improvement of , Hornsey Road He said that he had misgivings about the work at one time, but the road was now a real asset to Wellington! Not only was it a vast improvement for the residents of the locality, .but it was a fine through road of- the greatest value to the whole of Wellington. The work had been carried out with the greatest dispatch, and he ■ congratulated the engineer and supervisor on the work.
