SURVIVORS REGAINING CONSCIOUSNESS BT IBLEGBAPII—PBBS3 ASSOCIATION. Palmerston North, November 11. Russell and Rita Sloman, the surviving victims of the Levin tragedy of last Friday, both showed signs of returning to consciousness to-day, and were able to speak a little.
