ADVISORY BOARD DISPUTE. .Mr. S. S. Dean, chairman of the Miiuagemeut Committee of the New Zealand Rugbv Union, received advice yesterday that the New South Wales Rugby Union was to hold a special meeting to decide wha£ action should be takeu regarding the International Rugbv' Board’s refusal to allow the question of the formation of an Advisory Board- to lie discussed at to-mor-row’s Imperial Rugby Conference in London. If the International Board maintains its attitude, it is probable that the New Zealand, New South Wales and South African delegates will refuse to take part in the conference. No replv has so far been received from the 'South African Bughy Union.
