CRIMINAL CHARGES SOR . HEARING , The criminal charges which will bo heard at the forthcoming session of the Supreme Court are as follow:— William James Clarence Tyacke, alleged theft.' Basil Gardiner Allaway. alleged theft as a servant (two charges). George Wilson Shore, alleged theft as a servant. Harold Donald Hastings, alleged carnal knowledge. George Edwards, alleged theft as a servant. Walter Oswald Wilkinson, alleged theft. Thomas Joseph Donald Lowry, alleged theft. Ernest George Hughes, alleged theft ns a servant (two charges). John, Henry Graham, alleged breaking. entering anil theft (two charges). Thomas Joseph 'Donald Lowry. alleged theft, forgery ana uttering. John Joseph Corby and Clement Alfred Dunford., alleged breaking and entering by night with intent to commit a crime. William Charles Shirley, alleged makf ing a false statement contrary to the provisions of the Alarriage Act. 1908. Herbert Blakes. .alleged breaking and entering with intent. Prisoners' for Sentence. The following prisoners will be sentenced to-day :—William Russell Afillcr. forgery and uttering: Herbert Bhikcs. theft from a, dwelling: Edwin Ernest Culliford, breaking and entering by day and theft: Allan Donn Ballon, forgery and false pretences, and making a false statement: Francis Edwin Merlet. theft, as a servant; Sidney Gray Railion. forgery and uttering; Oswald Charles Morgan, forgery.
