In the Magistrate’s Court, William Rennie (26) and Eric Malcolm Biel (30), were charged with converting to their own use a car valued at £l5O, the propertv of V. Pollard, and the theft of a magneto valued fit £5. They were sentenced to three months’ in gaol on the first offence, and three years’ reformative treatment for the theft of the magneto. Mr. Povnton, S.M., said that accused had a bad recoid, and neither was fit to be at large and prey upon the community.
