GR'WE IRREGULARITIES ALLEGED AGAINST BOTTOMLEY.
(Rec. December 14, 9 p.m.) London, December 13. Tho Chancery Division has decided that Horatio Botto'mley is trustee for the subscribers to tho three Victory Bond Clubs, and directed that inquiries be made into the administration of the funds. Bottomlcy is paying tho costs to date. Judge Sargant said the statement of claim, which Bottomlcy had not challenged, disclosed the gravest irregularities on Bottomley’s part.' —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
