AGAINST LINES OF MEMBERS OF CABINET PREMIER THREATENED WITH DEATH By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright Tokio, December 12. Viscount Takahashi, Premier, received a death threat through the mails, which led to the arrest of a Japanese named' Rotate, 20 years of age, who it is alleged stated that if the Premier took action similar to Mr. Hara his fate would be the same. It is rumoured that a plot exists against tho lives of other members of the Cabinet, which has resulted in a largo guard being placed about important officials. A special bodyguard constantly watches Viscount Takahashi, and all persons approaching him are kept under keen surveillance.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
