Sir Francis Bell yesterday gave notice in the Legislative Council of his intention to move for suspension of the Standing Orders so far as to enable Government Bills to be put through all or any of their stages in one day. This is one of the "speeding-up” motions which are generally moved towards the end of a session. Copyists!—There are always crowds of these oommeroial pirates waiting to steal other men’s inventions.
