MONEY' MARKET. The Bank cf England discount rate, which wan raised from 6 per cent, to 7 per cent, on April, 16. 19P.0. was reduced to 61 per cent, on April 26, 1921. to 6 rer cent, on June 22, 1921. to 54 per cent, on July 20, 1921. and further reduced to 5 per cent, on November 3, 1921. OPEN MARKET RATE. The open n-n-l-et rule for three months' bills is nominally 4 per cent., ns rnmpared with 4 per cent, last week and 68 per cent, last year Short loars are quoted at 4 ner cent against 4 pep cent, last week and 5J per cent, last year.
