OUTBREAK IN ROXBURGH STREET. The Central Fire Brigade were called out at 3.50 o’clock on Saturday morning to 90 Roxburgh Street, wheie an outbreak of fire had occurred in the wiiShhouse of a seven-roomed building owned and occupied by Mrs Mary A arcoe.
