A GOOD INVESTMENT. TRAMWAY -BOARD LOAN. In view of the prediction of the Prim# Minister that we are possibly on ths evo of a cheap money era, investors looking for ti solid, profitable investment will take more than a. passing interest in the Christchurch Tramway Board’s .£85,G00 Loan, which it offers at the increased rate of Interest of 6£ per cent, and repayable October 1, 1934. The security is a gilt-edged one —one of the best in New, Zetland—embracing as it does a rate to cover interest and sinking fund leviable over the City of Christchurch and a number of Suburban Districts, the capital value of which is 1119,000,000; also the Tramway undertaking itself (subject to existing charges). Interest, half-yearly, will be paid free of exchange in New Zealand or Australia. Exchange will also be paid by the Board on principal moneys, when received and when repaid. Applications should lie addressed to Mr. I'rank Thompson, General Manager of Tramways, Christchurch.—Advt.
