A DOUBLE TRAGEDY

TWO BROTHERS FOUND DEAD. Hr Telstranh—Press Association. Whangarei, November 19. Edward Thomas Smith, aged 34, ono of four returned soldier brothers, was found dead by two of his brothers yesterday, lying on tho floor of their residence at Kara, twelve miles from Whangarei, with a bullet wound in tho head. The circumstances do not suggest suicide. Later, John Martin Smith, aged 19, the youngest of the brothers, was aiso found dead in the bush, two miles from the house. The body was crouched over a discharged gun, and the youth nad apparently shot himself.
