Mr. Gavin McNab, Reseoe Arbuckle’s chief counsel, declares that District Attorney Brady obtained a statement from George Glennon, special policeman of the hotel in which the fatal party was hold. Glennon averr-.-d that he had asked Miss Uappe several questions while she was still in tho hotel. Glennon asked: “Did Arbuckle hurt y-..u , ' i ” She replied “No.” JFs n.-xt question was: "Then who hurt you?” She answered: “I don’t know.
