TWO MEN FINED FOR A BREACH. From Our Own Correanondcnt Masterton, November 11. ’ In tho Magistrate’s ' Court this'morning, William Arthur Witt and William Powell were convicted and fined .£5 each on a charge that, being prohibited persons. they attended the spring meeting o* thc Masterton Racing Chib Accused were also ordered to pay court costs and witnesses' expenses amounting to .£1 Ss. each.
