Borsalino was n. son. of Lazzaro, and the present Teresio and Mario were the sons of Giuseppe. After the deaths pf the TWO FOUNDERS, GUISEPPE and LAZZARO, the respective sons, continued in partnership to manufacture hats without changing the name of the firm until tho year 1905, .when G. B. BORSALINO withdrew from the old firm. Mr. G. B. Borriiliuo was not only a PARTNER OF THE OLD FIRM, ’but the Technical Director thereof, and although ho was offered a very handsome sum TO SELL HIS OWN NAME, he refused to do so, and started busiu o ss on his own account under the present style of G.
