G. Gallate, restaurant keeper Cuba Street was charged before Mr. h. Hunt’ S.M., yesterday with selling crayfish a'fter the hour -fixed for the closing of shops of fishmongers. Air R. T. Bailey, Inspector of Awards, appeared for the Labour Bepartaent and Mr. 0. C. Mazengarb for the dosaid that infomuitlon was laid under section 7 of th® Shops and Offices Amendment Act, 19-0.
