CAMBRIDGE DAIRY CO. ISSUE OF DEBENTURES. Tho reasons for the issue of these debentures are, the Company has erected a dried milk factory at a cost of £1115.000. Of tlds amount Jlfill.fiOO was borrowed from the Bank of New Zealand. the balance. £52.000, the Company has paid. The Company has also pledged itself to reduce its indebtedness to the bank bv .£10,500. To take the .£02,500 mit one year’s profits, the directors consider too drastic and generally undesirable; it was, therefore, decided to issue the present debentures of £24,700, carrying intei-est at 8 per cent.
