PERSO-AFGHAN TREATY
ASSURING NEUTRALITY IN CASE OF WAR. (Rec. October 28/ 7.25 p.m.) Delhi, October 27. Certain statements made regarding the Pereo-Afghnn. Treaty are declared to be incorrect. It is stated that the treaty contains only a harmless neutrality clause, each country promising not to assist the enemies of the other in the event of war. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
