SILESIAN DECISION ACCEPTED UNDER FORCE. (Rec. October 28, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, October 27. Dr. Wirth declared in the Reichstag that it’was only under force that he accepted the Upper Silesian decision, which was air injustice to Germany and a violation of the Versailles Treaty.—Aus.N.Z. Gable Assn.
