HHENDERS Will be received at tho Town JL Clerk’s Office up till Noon, February 1, 1922, for the delivery (only) of milk and cream in bottles and cans throughout the City of Wellington for a period of five years. For the purpose of this contract the City has been divided into six blocks, numbered 1 to 6, and coloured respective-ly-as follow:—No. 1, Blue; No. 2 Brown; No 3, Yellow; No. 4, Pink; No. 5, Purple; No. 6, Green. Any tenderer may tender for any number or tho whole of these blocks. ‘ Plans, Specifications and General Conditions and all particulars may bo scon at the General Manager's Office, Milk Department, 75-77 Dixon Street, Wellington Copies of specification and general conditions, with tender form attached, may bo obtained from tho General Manager’s Office on payment of .£1 Is. AFTER the completion of tho houses at present in course of erection nt Northland, the City Council will not erect further buildings for disposal under the ballot system, but will bo prepared to erect dwellings (according to designs approved) for applicants upon the same terms of purchase aa those at present obtaining for balloted houses. The Council has a number of very fine sections still available. Applicants must state what deposit they are prepared to pay. which may be any amount they are able to make, but must not be less than .£5O.
