DEVELOPMENT loan approved. By Telcgranh—Press Association. Gisborne, October 24. Tho poll of Matakaoa County ratepayers to authorise a loan of .630.090 for harbour development at Hicks Bay resulted in favour of the loan by 948 votes to one.
