COVERED COURTS CHAMPIONSHIPS. (Rec. October 23, 5.5 p.m.) London, October 22. Miss McKane won tho covered tennis courts championship, defeating Mrs. Satterthwaito by two sets to love. Sleem, the Indian player, won the men’s singles championship, defeating Crawley by three sets to one. In the final of the mixed doubles Doust and Miss McKane defeated F. G. Lowe and Mrs. Lawbeth.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
