FRANCO-KEMALIST AGREEMENT
MODIFICATION OF FRONTIER AGREED TO. (Rec. Octoter 23, 5.5 p.m.) Constantinople, October 22. It is reported from Angora that a Franco-Kemalist agreement - has been signed, France agreeing Io a modification of tho frontier, • which henceforth will follow the Bagdad railway as far as Nisibin. The French have secured a concession to work the railway—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
