FOR USE IN FOREIGN TRADE
HAMBURG BANKERS’ SCHEME

The "Daily Express’s” correspondent at Berlin states that a group of Hamburg bankers has laid before the Government, a scheme to create a now mark, valued at a shilling, which will have as security the State. This mark is only to be used in paying for German imports and other foreign trade. The old paper marks will continue as currency in Ger-many.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
