LORD ROBERT CECIL DECLARES NEW ADMINISTRATION IS WANTED SUGGESTS VISCOUNT GREY AS THE LEADER By Telegraph-Press Association—Copyright London, October 12. , Lord Robert Cecil, in a letter to the Press, supports Viscount Grey’s criticisms of the Government, and says that Britain wants an Administration with a clear and definite programme, to pursue an even way undisturbed by. passing gusts of popular excitement. lle suggests Viscount Grey as the man to head such an Administration. Lord Robert Cecil is prepared to co-operate with him, and urges all others who think similarly to join in an effort to restore to Britain an Administration which will give security at home and command confidence. —Reuter. (Rec. October 13, 5.5 p.m.) London, October 12. Lord Robert Cecil also sent a letter to his constituents covering the same ground as the letter to the Press. Ho ; says “Viscount Grey’s speech nt Berwick, on Monday deserves to "be carefully ■ weighed. No one can doubt that his : criticism of the Government is well founded. It is not true that there is no alternative to tho present Govern-, ment. I cannot think of any Government that would be worse.
