ANGLICAN SYNOD'S CAUTIOUS PKOCEDURD. dec. October 13, 7.20 p.m.) s Sydney, October 13. The Anglican Synod is proceeding cautiously over the question of the wider employment of women in Church work. Having previously passed the bishop’s recommendation that they be admitted io Church councils, it decided that the question of the portion of women in the councils’ administration of tho Church be postponed for consideration by the provincial diocesan synods.—Press Assn.
