The Sheffield correspondent of tho "Daily Express" is impressed by tho Duke of York’s refusal to attend tho Cutler Company’s banquet, to which he was invited as tho chief guest. The Duke declares ho is convinced that* it would not be right to be present at such a function while thousands of workless people were compulsorily hungry.
